Plot summary

Traumatized since childhood by her brother's accidental death, Danika Merrick hallucinates a bank robbery and quits her job. Despite support from her three children and loving husband, Danika continues to experience unnerving visions. She seeks help from therapist Evelyn Harris but pervasive reports of violent incidents involving children make Danika fear for her own family, and she grows increasingly paranoid, worrying she may be going insane.

Marisa Tomei, I like where she is trying

Marisa Tomei, I like where she is trying to go, but from the beginning the movie is convoluted. The directing isn't up to par. This movie has underlying mixed messages that the movie became annoying. Not to do a spoiler, but seek another advisor for obvious reasons. Sped through this movie to get to the clear point. Marisa Tomei is a most attractive woman and a very skillful actress, and hope she chooses a better property, for this one does not fit her.

Danika is a rollercoaster of suspense and mystery where every minute raises more questions. Luckily, the ending offers a decent twist that makes the last hour and a half not a waste of time.
