Plot summary

"When this stops spinning, I will shoot you."

This is my first ever movie from Kazakhstan, and I can only recommend it to anyone who enjoys violent yet cerebral low budget films that have a genuine feeling and story. Nothing is just black&white, nothing is as you'd expect it.I heard about Steppenwolf half a year ago, and since then was looking forward to it. I was very pleasantly surprised. I enjoyed the acting, especially scenes that are funny despite the morbid setting. It's like a buddy cop movie set in a dystopian wasteland, and the only jokes are right before someone gets offed.To say it's like a Tarantino movie, minus the SA by the Weinsteins, ripping off better directors and minus feet would be a disservice to everyone involved in it. It is so much more and will stay with you afterwards.
