Plot summary

The writing is atrocioius. I'm so tired of

The writing is atrocioius. I'm so tired of unfinished sentences, interrupted explanations that leave the viewer hanging for no apparent story-telling reason. Watching Richard Dreyfuss overcome a young, muscled man in a struggle for a gun stretches the imagination, all the while wondering so many times...why? Weak storyline, unbelievable relationships-detective/congressional aide/crime-boss daughter/sister of dying woman. Please just get to the point. The waiting isn't even breath-holding worthy, and certainly not worthy of the talents of Dreyfuss and Sorvino. Don't waste your time.

This was one of the better crime movies

This was one of the better crime movies of the decade. I totally forgot I was in a movie theatre. Richard Dreyfuss should win an Academy Award.
