Plot summary

Sarah and Josh are married suburbanites. After a car accident, Sarah suffers blackouts and ends up pregnant though Josh is sterile. As her life spirals she hides a camera in her home and unlocks a horrific secret with far-reaching consequences.

The last third of the movie has excellent

The last third of the movie has excellent pacing, originality and suspense. The first two-thirds are somewhat plodding, with too many fits and starts. Worth a watch for the strong ending - but be aware, you'll have to slog through some tedium for the payoff.

Cool little thriller, with an interesting premise. The acting was sometimes a bit spotty, but otherwise, pretty damn cool. Awesome ending.
