Bummer sequel, way too goofy. Acting is rough

Bummer sequel, way too goofy. Acting is rough, dialogue is rough. Trying way too hard to be funny without being funny.

A lot like The Toxic Avenger part 2

A lot like The Toxic Avenger part 2 where it is pretty funny, but just doesn't seem to match the entertainment of the first. It starts off promising and has some funny bits, but the movie just wears thin after a while. The humor is a bit more juvenile (like Toxic Avenger part 2) with less graphic violence and disgusting gore, so it just feels a bit tame. It's okay, but like a lot of Troma movies around this time it's a bit disappointing.
