Plot summary

When a driven doctor doesn't get the prestigious position she planned for, she unexpectedly finds herself moving to a remote Alaskan town. While she meets the locals and even starts a new romance, she has to learn to let the life she planned for give way to a love she never could have imagined, and finds this festive small town is hiding one big holiday secret.

Una película navideña promedio. Si bien la temática

Una película navideña promedio. Si bien la temática navideña no es una de las temáticas de películas más taquilleras del mundo, siguen ofreciendo una sensación mágica que nos relaja y, por alguna extraña razón, nos hace sentir en casa como cuando de niños estabamos rodeados de nuestra familia listos para compartir momentos innolvidables. A pesar de no ser una película emblemática como Home Alone, o The Santa Clause, sigue siendo una película enternecedora que nos ofrece un poco de ese espíritu navideño. A pesar que el guión no es el mejor, los diálogos a veces se sienten algo sosos y no ocurre mucho en pantalla, los actores son agradables y, la escenografía, encomiable.

The whole subplot of that guys dad being

The whole subplot of that guys dad being Santa was so random lol.. I know it's a Christmas movie but still…. Also this might be a little nitpicky but the lighting was really weird at times… and don't get me started on the green screen scenes lol. Overall tho it's good for what it is; a cute, cheesy, warm-hearted Christmas movie.. what else could you ask for from it

A sweet holiday film that an entire family can enjoy. Not so-saccharine sweet, but a good lesson that, sometimes when your best laid plans don’t work out, life can turn out better than you expect if you have an open mind and open heart.
