I tried, but I couldn't get through it

I tried, but I couldn't get through it. I'm all for a cheesy Christmas movie, but the quality of this movie was terrible. There is actually a screen with the test pattern with the neon colored bars where a transition should have been. Also, in the Christmas market scenes, there is a loud popping sound that is so distracting. I think it's supposed to be a fireplace, but they don't actually show one, so it doesn't make sense.

Extremely slow movie with a lot of dialogue

Extremely slow movie with a lot of dialogue that doesn't have any depth or emotion behind it. Cliché plot and actors who have zero chemistry. The only one who showed any personality was the sister. I also don't understand who thought it would be a good idea to bring the brightest construction spotlight with ice blue light to ALL of the scenes! It completely put me off and ruined the supposed cozy christmas vibe and made it feel like my own home made videos I recorded in my room as a teenager.
