Plot summary

When Sadie's (Malone Thomas) boyfriend cancels their holiday plans, she decides to spend Christmas with her parents back in her hometown, only to find out they've sold the family's beloved chocolate store to a stranger who knows nothing about chocolate. Begrudgingly, her father convinces her that she'd be the obvious choice to help teach the new owner everything she knows about chocolate. In the middle of planning the perfect retirement party for her parents, she discovers that not everything has to be perfect. And sometimes, when you least expect it, you find love.

I thought the Christmas story was nice overall

I thought the Christmas story was nice overall with a family chocolate business that's changing hands and the characters were likable, but there just didn't seem to be much drama plus some loose ends in the story.

Okay for a Random Watch

It's a Christmas movie that's suppose to be a casual one time watch anyway. The thing that disappointed me was the Main Actress who is the protagonist is a pretty stoic face. That's all she is. I mean the acting was so bad. She's pretty and all but that's not enough for a good movie. The best friend of the main actress was more appealing to me. Anyhow it's worse than a throwaway movie. The 'conflict' was meh and the whole movie ended up being meh thereafter.
