Low budget sci-fi that might have worked better

Low budget sci-fi that might have worked better as a 30 minute episode of something, anything but this. Not all bad, the jellyfish stuff is interesting because it's partly true and the concept of the ‘grotesque embryo farm' is an intriguing point but most of the story could have been left out and the rest rewritten. Thankfully, for it's benefit and the viewers, it was only 75 minutes without credits.
