The Congressman who added "sex" to the Civil

The Congressman who added "sex" to the Civil Rights bill opposed the bill and was trying to make it harder to pass the bill. This film is too much of a fantasy for me.

It undermines the compelling story about a critical civil rights measure that has benefited the United States for sixty years and all the trouble to craft a decent script and hire a respectable cast that the film opens with mismatched stock footage of what is obviously an English railroad running on tracks with a type of sleeper not in use until years later and a diesel electric locomotive. Doesn't look or sound like any 1960s American passenger train.
