Plot summary

It was good and informative...watched by myself, don't

It was good and informative...watched by myself, don't think hubby would stay awake. But sadly one of the awful facts of Facebook and other social postings and what can happen. Acting was ok, but I would like to know how much was actuality and the outcome. Would definitely ask young kids posting all kinds of personal information at will to watch it. Not a bad film for the school to show young adults and the consequences of sending inappropriate photos to a known boyfriends let alone a stranger lurking for innocent followers. Stranger danger is not just for little kids for sure.

Lifetime movie

It's 2012. Police Detective Holland faces an uphill battle for her fellow officers to take cyberstalking seriously. Emma, Olivia, and Gabby are local high school students being harassed by an unknown named Blake. He is able to gain their confidence and blackmail them into sending nudes. They report him to the police.I do have an issue with this Lifetime movie trying to show the cops not caring about cyberbullying. Most of those guys wouldn't know anything about modern tech. Holland just needs to tell them to take the complaints seriously. A better move would be her boss not willing to pay for investigative techies. The trio also have more support than that especially after getting all those girls to join them. The movie is trying a little too hard. On the plus side, the girls look like teenagers. That doesn't always happen. It's an afternoon special movie of the week. It's fine.
