Interesting topic. Stand-up comedian Allistair Williams, cancelled from most venues and platforms, talks about this, and how wrong people are in believing that women can't be funny comedians, 'just look at them: Sarah Silverman, Sarah Sherman, Lena Dunham, Julia Sweeney...' No, Allistair says, there are very funny women out there, but you don't hear of them because they are being cancelled. Women are supposed to joke about bodies and body fluids and s*it, like all of the above do, 'the really funny ones are being held back because the powers that be fear true, hard-hitting satire'.
