Plot summary

​In his debut stand-up special, actor, comedian, writer, and podcaster Caleb Hearon takes us back to his roots in Kansas City...where it all started. Incredible! Just so so good. I love the

Incredible! Just so so good. I love the risk-taking here. It's hard to find a comedian that will take risks and I had my jaw on the floor at least 5 times during this. Much of the time, I'm turning off comedy specials nowadays after 5 minutes (except for Bobby Hoffman ofc) bc they lack a certain edge. But Caleb is the real deal. 20 out of 10! Bravo!

fun as hell

There is a lot to like about this comedy show. There are tons of jokes presented in really quick succession. You just take the ride and have a blast. The jokes kept coming so you can't lose. Hearon has relatable topics and you get caught off guard a couple of times. All a good time.Caleb is a warm and genial so his personality wins you over as well. However, I can't give a ten because overall he seemed uncomfortable being on stage. Shifting from one foot to the other and swaying displays a lack of professionalism or confidence.Highly recommend. And if you like this guy he has been a great guest on some podcasts. He also cohosted one about NASA but I cannot recall the name of it.

This is cute safe clean comedy. But the stories dont actually have a conclusion. He got only stories not jokes. Situational comedy is very risky since...we werent in the Situation so if you stick w that for extended period of time u really sound tone deaf.Also he COULD OF made a greeeeat bit about being an ugly comedian so his fans r there for him unlike matt rife. He really could of lifted himself up tapped dance on matt rife and brought up body positivity. He really really failed that obvious lay up.
