I tried watching this movie twice now. I can't get through it. Fourth minutes in and nothing remotely scary happens. It's boring.

Really Underrated. It's a creepy haunted house movie

Really Underrated. It's a creepy haunted house movie in ways that are surprising (there's an intensity to a number of sequences that is unusual, even for for the 70s) and the ending is just incredible.
