I saw this movie when it was released in the fifties, seeing it again now has broken my heart. For young people today this film is an old movie, but for me it is pure nostalgia. If I remember correctly, it was nominated for an Oscar and also very celebrated in those days. The cinematographic technique has advanced a lot, but good cinema does not expire. Thank you Freeman for these memories.
