The movie description should be a bit different, it basically reveals way too much. They could just leave it at "An Italian woman who lives in London has a passionate affair with a former financial big gun. She also had a second lover, a contract killer, where do things go from here ..." and that would be enough. Some places have even worse description for this movie basically revealing the entire thing.
