Plot summary

Parents are in a panic as their children mysteriously disappear. Little do they know that the only thing worse than their children disappearing would be them coming back. After the youngsters of Ellenburg fall under the ruthless control of a cult leader, they turn on their parents with gruesome results.

The movie is simply brilliant. I genuinely would recommend everyone to see this movie. It is of a refreshing quality that most movies lack. The compassionate display of love throughout the film is one to be spoken of for centuries. This folks, is the peak of cinematography.

The writers saw fit to needlessly shoehorn a Beowulf allegory into the story, confusing the audience instead of accentuating any parallels (there are none by the way). However, it's worth the wait to slog through the first 80 minutes of footage; the body count soars ridiculously high in the final 5 minutes.
