It's "ok". Not very violent or brutal. Kinda average and a tad slow compared to other Australian films.

It's Australia so only the bad guys have guns.

Just finished this one and I'm glad I gave it a chance. They got a lot of bang for the buck out of what was surely a very modest budget. The characters were written and acted well. You can tell the writer and director were passionate about the project. There is also a little hint at the end that the story might continue in a follow-up. The basic story has been done already countless times but I enjoyed the Aussie flavor, scenery, and characters.

It's Australian so I'm going to give it a chance. There don't seem to be any reviews of it out yet.
