Plot summary
Grumpy home-security expert Neil feuds with his neighbour Scott, who insists on keeping his Christmas lights illuminated all year round. Their tit-for-tat argument culminates in Neil triggering a power cut across the entire street on Christmas Eve. But when the local crime family decide to rob every house on the street that night, the pair must set aside their differences to defeat them.

Also, I'm English and do get it. He's just not funny.
How is Lee Mack working. He's the worst actor and not even close to funny.
I was forced to watch this with my family as I thought it'd be terrible, but I'm glad I watched it. Genuinely funny and a nice easy watch on a Christmas afternoon.
Why did I expect these guys to be the villains from Home Alone after looking at the poster?!
Very funny movie with two great British comedians. Basically Home Alone, but with adults.

Seen the same story years ago in a U.S. movie. It's even in the Simpsons.
