Plot summary

Some people grapple with the moral challenges of treating human beings decently. Others are just… assholes. Inspired by Aaron James’ New York Times bestseller of the same name, this documentary investigates the breeding grounds of contemporary ‘asshole culture’ — and locates signs of civility in an otherwise rude and nasty universe. Venturing into predominantly male domain, this film moves from Ivy League frat clubs to the bratty princedoms of Silicon Valley and the bear pits of international finance. Why do assholes thrive in certain environments? What explains their perverse appeal? And how do they keep getting elected?

In 2012 a book came out: Assholes, A Theory. It was very popular, the author had lots of media exposure, etc. So you’d think that the movie was tied to the book in a direct way, right? But no. Instead, someone from Canada (very few assholes per capita) sees this book at a bookstore and decides to ask random people what they think about assholes, instead of really laying out the theory. Kind of a dick move. Bait and switch. It is not interesting to hear what everyday people have to say about assholes!

Bhakti: Through her mind, and that is through pure music. Krishna: Gotta get outta ya ma's a$$ then. Bhakti: Yes. For all of US, please do. Krishna: How do I get out of here? Bhakti: She has a lot of f'art. Just wait for the next f'art storm. Krishna: Fantastic! (f'art storm starts and Krishna is sucked up into mind hive and hollers as f'arted away) Give my best to the a$$e$$$$$$$$$$$$!

It is truly just another lecture from the extreme left. God this is getting ridiculous. They think all white males are a**holes. That is so helpful. Pure projecting.
