Decent film and if you are looking for a feel good christian movie then this is a good option. I also recommend you to watch "the shack" movie.

To cut 90 minutes into a couple, the main actor is flying home from war and focusses on his dead compatriots' coffins. He returns home to a wife that's been cheating on him and feels there is nowhere left to turn. In his desperation he creates his own world where he believes he is speaking with God about 'things' but is merely speaking to himself and answering his own questions once he can overcome the heartache of doing so. Meeting in the park where elderly patients played chess, his mums old theatre and a closed off storage room in a 'hospital' although this was a run down dump which was no longer in use - likely to be somewhere he had to attend after war for sessions, hence the chairs and tables, this whole film is clearly all about him and his mental state. 'God' constantly tells him that it is all about him and that he needs to face whole truths basically, which like most of us, struggles to do. Eventually when he realises that he was about to end his own life, he decides to make a new go and effort at his life and his marriage, meets 'God' again and realises the answers he has been searching for. His 'friend' on the phone - is him. He's speaking to himself. He knows who the figure is that he is seeing in his interviews - he's reported on his death. Everything is completely manifested from past experiences in his troubled mind until he finds solace at the end. Good film. People with a lack of film knowledge will, as they already have, ridicule this film, expecting alternative answers blah blah blah.

What a bunch of bullshit comments below from both sides.

good..... it just needs you to be open minded to get the point of the movie

Arguing religion on a movie download site. Absolutely pointless and stupid.

if Web size its smaller than BlueRay its Ok but otherwise its nonesense.

Dpic piece of shit propaganda movie. Love religious double standards, theft is sin but piracy is ok. Lmao you people are so deluded and willfully ignorant.

BluRay any time soon?

you watch first the movie before judging it :) Godbless us all

Deep

Brenton Thwaite's hair saved the movie.

Thanks :D

enough about commenting on peoples belief. Not all see the road they walk. But they walk it all the same. It is up to those who have there hearts and minds open to keep the road.

I've not yet watched the movie but I will comment this after reading the previous comments. I don't have to believe in God to enjoy a story about him from an interesting perspective. I mean, I don't believe in magic, but I loved Harry Potter.

l haven't watched the movie and likely won't cuz of all the "believers" comments towards somebody who calls it like it is, a whole bunch of christian propaganda. So in other words, there's a fair amount of bullshit and a whole lot of lying.

Foxnode, i am not religious, but this to commentt on a movie not throw your contempt out there at other peoples beliefs. I enjoyed the film.
