Plot summary

Bill Martin has just finished construction on a picturesque new home for his family, but unknown to him, the previously barren property was once the site of the infamous Amityville murder house, which contains demonic entities with murderous sights on the family.

Soo much could have been done with the

Soo much could have been done with the premise of this particular haunted object, and there are a couple cool beats (mostly with zombie dad), but it's mostly predictable fluff.

It doesn't feel like an Amityville film and

It doesn't feel like an Amityville film and is clearly trying to cash in on the name. If it wasn't part of the franchise it would be a cult film. The dollhouse part is crammed in a bit but the dead dad coming alive is a part I do like. It feels more ambitious than others and is a favourite of mine.
