Plot summary

Made in cooperation with Joe Lansdale, we explore his life growing up in 1950's east Texas and how he has used his experiences to create what can only be described as his own genre. Fantastic documentary onn acclaimed author

Joe R. Lansdale has written many amazing stories - both long and short. This behind the scenes view of his writing and what has inspired him is a must-see for anybody who's enjoyed his works, such as: Hap and Leonard, Paradise Sky, The Bottoms, Bubba Ho-Tep, and many more.

The producer interviewed a fantastic set of people who Joe has worked with and who he has inspired. The overall script flows seamlessly and grabs your attention from the very start.
