Although the movie is not the one headlined, it is still a fair movie. It is SciFi. Need to watch the whole movie. I'd say it is a story of about parents not believing what their kids tell them despite the evidence to the contrary.

Yes I confirm, There are actually four different movies titled "Alienated" which features totally different stories !!! But The ones concerned here are the 2019 and the 2020 Movies. The first one is a (Drama;Sci-fi) story from 2019 featuring a father and his NEET daughter and it's the one we have here, but there's a mistake with the cover and the synopsis which are taken from the (Romance;Sci-fi) movie of 2020 featuring a guy who fell in love with a starwoman. I must precise that the one from 2020 is featuring Michael Aaron Carico (The Inbetweeners) and isn't out yet as of this day (Coronadelay)

hey, that was a great film, short and no 'real' ending but it moved along nicely, good clear calm actors, one of the best sci fi movies I have seen... 8 out of 10

No Trailer, I could find
