Plot summary

In 1969, a 10-year old boy's life takes a major turn when he discovers the father he never met is alive. Selling candy bars left and right to save up for a trip to see his dad, the boy embarks on a journey that could change his life forever.

Simple storyline about a boy name young rae

simple storyline about a boy name young rae who found out that his dad is actually not dead and living in seoul...he badly wants to see his dad but his mom doesn't allow him fearing she will lost him if the dad's family know of young rae existence...so young rae secretly sell ice bar to save $ to meet his dad...the rest of the story you have to watch to know the ending lol..simple and yet heartfelt story =)...

The lead character is endearing from the very

The lead character is endearing from the very beginning of the story. The title refers to the popsicles that he sells to make the 80 cents for a train ticket to Seoul so he can find a father he's been told is dead. Great characters and of course a happy ending. :)
