Plot summary

When Nicole Atkins returns to graduate school, a previous affair with a married professor is the last thing on her mind. However, someone else on campus has his eye on Nicole, someone who knows all her secrets.

Standard Lifetime flick with a creepy villain

Apparently this week was Homecoming Week on Lifetime. This might have been the best of those films (one each night) or at least of the three I saw. It's nothing special, but it has a villain that makes sense and that totally creeped me out. I'd read a recap, so I knew what the end result would be, but I still felt the suspense in the climax.The only thing I'd say is that this movie seemed to move pretty quickly, which can be a plus or minus. There was also the annoying trope of confronting the villain alone and w/o letting someone know who they are. Going so far as to stop short of telling a need-to-know person at that. Break-ins in broad daylight with people home where no one hears a thing are silly. The library scene stretched believability, but it's normal in these movies, so I can't say too much. One major plus is this is a movie where the method for killing makes sense for the villain. I don't want to spoil it (it will be obvious after a while) but Lifetime typically wants us to believe it's so easy to kill people in this manner, but here it's totally plausible.I am about 16 years post undergrad, so these collegiate and high school themed movies aren't made for me and are therefore hard to watch sometimes at this point in life. But this one was decent. How do I know it's decent? I haven't spoiled anything for you, so it really is worth one watch at least.
