Plot summary

Ana and Duda, a couple who's in the verge of taking a break from their marriage, throw a New Year's party at their house. The party gets overcrowded with all kinds of people, and it's in the bathroom that most things will happen between them both and many other guests.

I can't remember the last time I was

I can't remember the last time I was blown away by a movie, one that touched me as well as impressed me by the fluidity of the movie flow and acting skills of all involved. Pleasantly surprised, and impressed enough to read more about actor Danny Gavigan and researched to read more about his work, and ended up here to write this review.

This movie never quite gets you there. It

This movie never quite gets you there. It has potential, cute girl, good looking yet geeky guy, but there wasn’t any chemistry. I have no idea why she liked him. We never meet his sister, her parents, they don’t dance. He talks to a woman in a bar, we have no idea who she is. The guy she breaks up with was a cool dude. I liked him. He was smart and good looking, listened to people. Bottom line, I turned this movie on for a romantic fix, and this didn’t do it.

This movie was beautiful. There’s such a captivating use of unspoken words and hidden feelings. One of those ones you play, and somehow can never pause.
