Is this about when a boy starts puberty and gets erections at odd times, like in school when he has to stand in front of the class to give a report

Competently made (on a budget), but the story has been done before...and done better. This one has very long stretches of only slightly interesting philosophical conversations about "sentience" but no action to balance it out. Acting is good though. But it's too long overall and has minimal impact. Clever in parts, but kinda dull.
