Benjamin Franklin is rolling in his grave due to this script that frames him as a supporter of christian nationalism....a very dangerous film full of christian nationalist propaganda .Though based on historical facts it falsely frames true American historical figures as supporters of Christian Nationalism .Nothing could be further from the truth. They supported freedom of ALL religions and above all SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE.... I NEVER would have paid to support this offense to the U.S. Constitution which explicitly protects freedom of religion and separation of church and state . I feel I was falsely led to believe this was a historically based accurate drama . Nothing could be further from the truth . The film, as a piece of " art ", being judged on that basis alone, is sophomoric ....run from this one ....

This movie is based on a true story

This movie is based on a true story of American history. In the beginning it jumps around a bit and is a little hard to follow. Overall, it was an outstanding movie, showcasing, how Jesus Christ and God saved America. Religion is who we are, created in the name of the holy spirit. In the USA our rights are God-given, not created by a government. Our rights are inalienable. The constitution is not mere paper. I highly recommend this for all audiences.
