Plot summary

A prophecy names Ott, a gentle young man raised on a remote island, as the one who must reclaim the sacred "9 Satra" artifact and defeat the tyrannical yaksha ruler Dehayaksa, who has banned Muay Thai and imprisoned royal heirs to maintain his power. Along the way, Ott gathers unexpected companions: Vata, a monkey prince; Maratta, a red yaksha exile; and Xiaolan, a daring pirate captain. Their journey combines fantasy, folklore, and martial arts in pursuit of heroism and identity.Analytically, 9 Satra impresses most with its animation quality and production ambition. With a budget of roughly 230 million baht and years of development, the world-building shines: lush island vistas, mythical beasts, elaborate fight sequences, and design elements rooted in Thai myth and Buddhist symbolism.
