One of the best underrated movies. If you're

One of the best underrated movies. If you're from NY or NJ, you'll "get it" more so. Aiello is at his best. Akin to Moonstruck. Was fun to see Tony Sirico (Paulie Walnuts of Sopranos). Even the real Frank Pesce, who played the brother, wasn't too bad. The way they zoom in on certain characters with the hilarious nick names is like Goodfellas. Even a cameo of Joe Franklin, who New Yorkers (and Jersey) know well. I could do without the cussing (F-bombs), but to keep it added to the reality that are Italians (I grew up in Little Italy in Newark, NJ). Overall, it's funny...sad...heartwarming, and super fun to watch. Bluegrass of Kentucky..."The Eye, Frankie...you don't have the eye."

A classic Danny Aiello film and a must

A classic Danny Aiello film and a must see movie. It is a coming of age story, a Christmas movie , and Gangster film all rolled into one. I rewatch every year around the Christmas holidays.
