NOPE , NEXT STUPID QUESTION

its malarkey. Earth is a prison planet for the undesirable humans. its why aliens wont talk to us. Prob a sign in space, dont feed the animals

Phil Collins can hardly hold a drumstick so his son plays while Phil grunts and slobbers in his wheelchair, so yes and no.

Cause you limit yourself on what you've heard in one religion. Not all religions are science fact hater. There is one religion that can answer you both SCIENCE AND FAITH.

The religious often say that science is a belief system. It is not but it would be for them as is seemingly everything that passes through their minds.

Q: Is Genesis History? A: No.

Genesis speaks only of what is happening inside everyone of us, it does not speak of physical events or history even if one or two things mentioned in it might be true. The was never a flood during Noah etc.....and the 6 thousand years refers to the time when the first human being to have spiritual awakening (Adam Harishon) till now. The universe is 14.8 billion years

romerskie86 - typical religious lame reasoning.

watch Religulous

Holy shit!

@romerskie86: why are the most religious the least educated? How can you write so much utter nonsense in one sentence? Firstly, a circle is flat, earth is a sphere - your quote shows nothing other than you not understanding the difference. Secondly, galileo did not discover that earth is a sphere, but many other things. Thirdly, many have discovered that earth is a sphere, Eratosthenes 255BC already *calculated* its circumference. To be religious, one needs to be ignorant of mostly everything, it seems. Just start to read some primary school books on biology and physics - for Christs sake.

"perjuice" "gosip" and "critizism" define the support of religion. Ignorance abounds... .. and the answer is no. The bible is a work of fiction. Religion is fiction. It's worse than drivel, worse than idle distraction. It's destructive, decisive and inspires far more violence, death, hatred and ill will than any other cause on this green earth. It deserves no respect and no quarter.

Pls guys everyone has his own opinion, and I believe respecting each other means we are civilized.

This is a wonderful documentary. The critics only come from perjuice people that have the mind close to new perspectives, proves and new ways to see the origins. Minds close, perjuices, gosip and critizism come to this movie but no one are real evidence to show us that these scientifics demostrate in this film. Extraordinary movie, I recommend to everybody to understand the real sciencs, no that one that show us at school and universitiies.

and give you the answer. No. There, now go and read a fucking book with all the time I saved you.

Is Genesis history? Without Peter Gabriel and Steve Hackett, yes.

Bible & Quran have different version of creation specially in time. Where Genesis could be right than any other religious book on this matter. According to Einstein general relativity both space and time must be flexible. 7 days can also be a billion of years (So depending on our position and speed, time can appear to move faster or slower to us relative to others in a different part of space-time.) Maybe that is the reason why Genesis talk about 7 days even if the Sun was only created on the 4th day. Which make us confused since we think about the time we are familiar with (24hr 1 day based from OUR sun[star]). So I think Einstein general relativity is real!

It's really sad that in 2017 and people still believe in this stuff. Noah and his ark! Really? What has happened? It seems to me that lots of people in the US are going backward when it comes in believing and faith!! You don't believe in the science that made the car you drive to Grand Canyon, created the iPhone you hold in your hand, the satellites that transfers your calls across the oceans, the planes etc...? Most what in the Bible, Quran, ?gama, Torah etc... are just old stories and myths... Wakeup or grow up!

reborn_79 the movie doesn't say that its 4000 b.c. it just explains how scientifically it's more true that the beginning of creation is earlier than what most people think which is more than three billion years. and about mentions in the holy Quran i meant six days creation and global flood and more are mentioned that has long explanations you can search for it in islamqa website if you want to know about it. but these mentions are not telling us all about the history they are signs to show us the truth and the glory of the book that is sent from God .

Although I'm a muslim but i loved it, the same thing is mentioned in our holy Quran
