The rampant animal suffering and killing purely for

The rampant animal suffering and killing purely for controversy and shock value is such a cheap trick, and a sign of zero actual film making skill. Animals were literally thrown at other animals for a battle to the death. Last of all, there is not one likeable character in this movie. Even the main female characters are spineless and disgusting. No thanks. Hard pass.

A terrible movie that has it's fans, I'm

A terrible movie that has it's fans, I'm not one of them. One of the two many Italian Cannibal movies of the 70's and 80's, it's just a horrible effort to sit through and deserves every single bad comment ever made about it. Unlike the equally terrible Italian Zombie movies of the same period, those at least, are fantasy. This is gruesomely real, and the violence, especially on animals used to pad this horrible movie out, is disgusting.
