I watched the Lithuanian version long time ago (since I am lithuanian and this movie is bout Lithuania.) Yes, the movie might be boring, but it is supposed to be this way. It tells a real story. I have met the woman who basically went through everything that was shown in the movie, since it was her past, and it is a historical movie, not some action one. So please respect this.
Movie is crap! No story,No interest,No climax . I didn't even know what to expect. It's nothing compared to Everest & 8 Below.

I'm skeptical when it comes to American movies about the USSR. This one was made in collaboration with Lithuania, so maybe it does know what it's talking about. But to be honest, I'm so sick of people talking about the damned Stalinist repressions and Siberia. I mean, yes, it happened. Can we just move on? And no, I'm not just spitballing, my grand-grandparents were repressed and sent to Siberia too, then they were vindicated when Hruschev came to power, alongside many others. It happened 50 years ago, Stalin's dead, the USSR is gone, nobody gets sent to Siberia anymore, but people still wouldn't shut up about it. So damn annoying!
